This road connects the municipalities Sagnay (Camarines Sur) and Tiwi (Albay). When traveling from Naga to Legazpi or Tobaco it is a very nice alternative route. At about 26 km the road follows the mountinous coastline at the Lagonoy Gulf. It is one of the most beautiful roads I have ever seen. The views from the mountains to Atulayan Islands are unforgettable. Since a couple of years the road is completely restored and in a very good condition. All wooden bridges from before are replaced by concrete constructions.
